Installation steps of centrifugal fan impeller

1. It takes 3 to 4 people to install the centrifugal fan impeller. Prepare a crane or forklift that meets the lifting height. You also need to prepare wooden boards, round steel, polishing sheets and repair agents.

2. When installing the centrifugal fan driver, be sure to use nylon slings or other soft ropes, not wire ropes or chains.

3. Before installing the centrifugal fan impeller, please confirm whether the selected impeller direction is consistent with the fan housing. If it does not match, it cannot be used.

4. Before installation, you can use fine sandpaper to wipe the drive shaft hole surface and the drive shaft transmission surface clean. Apply grease or other lubricants to the shaft holes of the drive shaft and impeller.

5. Raise the impeller so that the groove of the shaft hole is opposite to the groove of the drive shaft impeller, then use a wooden board to process the shaft hole, and then use round steel to knock the template until the impeller is inserted.

6. After the centrifugal fan impeller is installed, start installing the front cover of the casing, move the impeller by hand, and check if there is any friction. If there is friction, mark all friction points, remove the front cover with a polisher, and polish the friction points appropriately.

7. The centrifugal fan must be filtered in the air intake device to prevent hard particles from entering the fan housing during operation and causing damage to the impeller.
