Centrifugal fan impeller removal method

1. Use impeller removal machine to dismantle the machine

Using the impeller removal machine, you can directly press down the fan main shaft on the fan drive extractor to complete the removal of the fan drive. This method is relatively simple to operate and has good safety. It takes about 1-2 hours to remove the impeller.

2. Jack reaction frame removal

If there is no impeller removal machine and there are disassembly holes on the fan impeller hub, you can use a jack to make a hydraulic jack reaction frame and use this frame to disassemble the impeller. When disassembling, pay attention to hanging the impeller on the fan housing to prevent it from falling.

3. Inverted heating method removal

If there is no remover or disassembly hole on the centrifugal fan impeller hub, you need to use a crane to lift the fan impeller and disassemble it by inverted heating. The specific method is: remove the buckets on both sides of the impeller center plate, lift the impeller with the shaft, place it on the top of the impeller platform, and quickly heat it with a three-bar baking gun. After the impeller heats up and expands, it will fall by itself due to gravity. This method requires a falling plan.
