Energy-saving tips for centrifugal blowers

The air volume of the selected centrifugal blower equipment is fixed, which generally exceeds the actual required air volume. Due to process requirements, the air volume will change during operation. So far, it is considered appropriate to use baffles to adjust the air volume. There are many ways to adjust it. Although the method is simple, it achieves the purpose of adjustment by artificially increasing resistance. This throttling adjustment method consumes a lot of electricity, so energy saving of centrifugal blowers is necessary. The energy-saving techniques of centrifugal blowers are as follows.

1. Try to reduce the resistance of the pipe network, reasonably select the pipe size and installation position, and install the water inlet manifold.

2. Check the radial clearance between the air duct and the top of the blade.

3. Reasonably select the fan model so that the fan is not implemented in the inefficient area.

4. If the fan drive is suitable for single use, it must be suitable for a suitable motor, otherwise it will cause the phenomenon of a big horse pulling a small cart.
