Characteristics of centrifugal blowers

Centrifugal blowers are a type of mechanical equipment commonly used in the industrial field. Their characteristics include:

Compact structure, beautiful appearance, stability and easy maintenance: The design of centrifugal blowers is compact, beautiful, and has high stability and easy maintenance.

Smooth operation: The optimized impeller reduces the axial force to a low level, has a high-efficiency impeller, and is corrected by static and dynamic balance to make the whole machine run smoothly without the need for a vibration reduction device. In this case, the amplitude of the bearing is ≤ 0.04 mm.

Low noise: The centrifugal blower has no mechanical collision during operation, and the use of suitable blade-shaped lines can effectively reduce noise. Since the noise generated by the centrifugal blower is high-frequency noise, only obstacles can be soundproof, so there is almost no noise outside the fan room.

Oil-free machinery: The centrifugal blower uses bearings made of smooth grease, with a lifespan of more than 3 years. The fan does not produce oil or gas during operation. The fan needs to use grease-smooth bearings based on molybdenum disulfide and lithium disulfide.

Special impeller design: The centrifugal blower uses a special composite linear shape impeller to reduce internal leakage and increase volumetric power.

Easy to adjust: The butterfly valve on the inlet side of the centrifugal blower can adjust the flow rate, and the butterfly valve on the outlet side can adjust the pressure, which is convenient for users to adjust.

Drive mode: Centrifugal blowers are generally driven by 2-pole asynchronous motors, and can also be driven by 4-pole motors. Users can choose different motors according to the grid voltage.

Seal design: In addition to the inlet ring, the impeller of the centrifugal blower is equipped with labyrinth seals at both ends of the stage and the casing to prevent air leakage.

Cooling system: The exhaust bearing seat has air-cooled and water-cooled structures. Since the impeller compresses the gas in stages, the temperature of the exhaust shell is much higher than that of the intake shell. In order to extend the service life of the bearing, the exhaust bearing seat has air-cooled or water-cooled devices.

Bearing temperature control alarm: The fan accessories are equipped with a temperature control box, which is connected to the bearing through a PT100 resistor. When the bearing temperature exceeds the set temperature, the temperature control box will actively sound an alarm.

Transmission mode: There are three types of coupling transmission modes: belt drive and speed increaser drive. Different transmission modes are selected for different equipment and technologies.
