Maintenance Cycle And Maintenance Content Of Centrifugal Fan

In order to ensure that the centrifugal fan equipment can operate stably for a long time, it needs to be repaired according to the use situation. Under normal circumstances, during the use of centrifugal fan equipment, the staff should ensure that it is repaired once every three to six months. The equipment is repaired once every 12 to 24 months, that is, targeted repair. The equipment is overhauled once every 24 to 48 days.

For centrifugal fan equipment, its basic maintenance content mainly includes:

1. Check and clean the bearings of each part, replace the bearing grease or lubricating oil, and mark the normal oil level, the lowest and highest oil levels.

2. Check the sealing of each part and clean the internal dust.

3. Check whether the blade wind six baffles, guide plates, etc. have cracks, rust, wear, loose screws, etc., and deal with them.

4. Check the coupling and its protective cover, and replace the worn rubber elastic ring.

In addition to the above contents, it is also necessary to carefully check whether the fastening bolts of the centrifugal fan equipment are intact, and timely block the air leaks and repair the insulation materials. At the same time, the damper should be checked and repaired to ensure that it is flexible and indicates correctly. Finally, the cooling water system needs to be checked and repaired.

In the overhaul of centrifugal fan equipment, in addition to all the above minor repairs, it is also necessary to weld or replace the blades (rivets) according to the wear and tear of the impeller welding seam (or rivet), and perform static balance verification. In addition, it is necessary to repair the severely worn parts of the centrifugal fan casing and blades, and weld or replace the anti-wear layer lining.
